Moving in to Miami a year ago, I was looking for a good Barbershop where I can get my weekly clean haircut as usual. In my research I found an amazing barber on Mustache (Miguel Usma) with whom I stop to get my haircut because of bad experiences with back to back appointment issues for more than 5 times. Changing appointments with less than 10 minutes in advance, me waiting for about 30 minutes there to 1 hour later, taking people without appointment over me, even getting there before they open with cleaning ladies on the shop without barbers me as the first appointment of the day they pass a father and son over me without appointment. After all this, around 7 month later I decided to give them another opportunity, yesterday I made my appointment at 12pm for today at 12:30pm, when I was looking for parking they call me at 12:17pm to ask me if they can change my appointment to 1:10pm because 2 clients before me arrived late to their appointments. Because I couldn’t change my appointment because of my work shift they decide to cancel it. If you’re going to cancel an appointment, cancel the one of the irresponsible one who got late to his appointment not the one responsable enough to get there early. I think this barbershop got a lot of potential, good environment, amazing barbers, free beers, good prices and bad parking spaces, but to those that plan their day in advance, this is not the shop to go, they give you zero importance to your time and your priorities. Is pretty sad seeing an amazing shop losing loyal customers affected by something so simple as respecting the customers time.read more

This place, from presentation to precision. Outstanding!!! What an experience it was to get a fresh cut down in Miami, specifically Doral. I was visiting from Toronto, and needed to get a cut, luckily this spot was just minutes from my hotel. My barber was Clara, wonderful lady and a real professional with the clippers, and the cut I got was one of the best I've gotten. This place was classy, clean, and the service from the reception to the barbers was just remarkable. I come down every year, and I'm definitely coming back to this place!!! One of the finest IMO!!read more
